• 25% steaks include: Ribeye (1" thickness), Porterhouse (1" thickness), T-Bone (1" thickness), Sirloin Steak (1" thickness), Steak Fajita Meat, &/or Round (Swiss) Steak (1/2")
• 35% savory cuts & roasts: Chuck Roast, Arm Roast, Rump Roast, or 1lb Stew Meat Packs
• 40% premium ground beef in 1 lb packages
